  • Squarespace: Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our photography prints to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage and databases.

  • Fulfillment Partners: We utilize a print-on-demand services to fulfill and ship your print orders. We share your Order Information (specifically your name, shipping address, and the specific prints purchased) with our third-party printing and fulfillment partners strictly for the purpose of manufacturing, packaging, and delivering your order.

  • Compliance with Laws: Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways integrated with Squarespace (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store or collect your payment card details on our own servers. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

6. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
