Our website sells high-quality physical photographic prints. We operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Production, printing, and order fulfillment are exclusively handled by our third-party print partner.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Ownership: All imagery, photographs, designs, and text on this website are the sole intellectual property of IVDEVIN.

  • Restrictions: Your purchase of a physical print grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the art. You do not acquire any copyright, digital rights, or reproduction rights. You may not scan, copy, resell, modify, or distribute digital or physical duplicates of the artwork.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Print-on-Demand Production & Shipping

  • Fulfillment Partner: Because orders are sent directly to third-party partner for custom printing, production times may vary depending on seasonal demand.

  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • International Orders: IVDEVIN currently only ships within the United States.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

  • Custom Sales Policy: Because each product is printed to order through third-party partner, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at iv.devin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged print and the original packaging. Verified damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Color Accuracy and Product Variations

Screen vs. Print: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the physical print will perfectly match the color representation on your screen.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.ivdevin.com and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, shipping delays, or the handling and display of our physical products.
